Exchange/Return Policy

All exchanges and returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Please call 800-342-6832 to obtain an RA within 14 days of item receipt. Once issued an RA, please return the package to us within 14 days. Please keep any original packing materials and return with your item.

"All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise."

For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact the Steeler Gift Shop immediately to obtain an RA and instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

Shipping:

Orders normally ship within 24 hours when placed Monday-Friday. Please refer to checkout page for cost of shipping on the item selected.

We are currently unable to ship internationally. We are also unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
